  slow paying---wants to deduct items---I have done sub work for several "national surveillance companies" and never had any issues...not with this one---I would run as fast as you can---not happy! 2016
  
  fast forward to 2017---
  I made the mistake and took on another case from GCS---even after knowing better I still did it.
  
  Never again----if you are using this company I suggest you reconsider--of course they have a cheap flat rate...they can do it by screwing the investigators they subcontract out too...by not paying them...an if the investigator works the case properly and incurs any extra expense...like running a tag to ID the subject so that you have the right target---they don't think they should pay for that---I can go on but I assume anyone with any actual experience understands what I am getting at. "National Companies" what a fraud on clients....they are outsourcers/subcontracters.....not investigators!
