  Let me start off by saying that I used to love coming to this cleaners. I loved supporting a small local business. That all changed today, when I went to pick up my rug today. My quoted charge more than doubled! I was told it would be $20-25 to have my rug cleaned. I had another rug cleaned just before this and sure enough it was $25. Not today though! $60.00!!!! I told him that's not what I was quoted and I would have used another cleaner or thrown the rug away before paying $60 to have this rug cleaned. he proceeded to then run my credit card for $50. (Giving me a $10 discount for the misunderstanding) He continued to tell me over and over that the company he uses charged more so he had to charge $60. Ridiculous I literally dropped this rug off while I paid $25 for the same size rug to be cleaned. It not the customers fault that the company he chooses to use decided to charge more. He should have told me that before telling me $20-25. I was quoted that price and expected to pay that. I will NEVER use this company again! I recommended for you to take your items elsewhere as well. Purely not good business practices.!
