  We have very hard well water (near Kaneville). Our peroxide and salt systems were installed by another firm, but they were very hard to reach when it came to needing service. I had been picking up peroxide at the Elburn shop (formerly EcoWater, now Angel Water) for the past couple of years, and they were so nice and easy to work with that I decided to try them for service. The Angel Water tech who came out, Don, was very knowledgable and articulate in explaining his observations and recommendations, and very helpful and pleasant in his demeanor. I was so pleased with my service call that I actually phoned the business to compliment them, and they will definitely be getting my business in the future. I also appreciated that they called me first thing in the morning on the day of the appointment to let me know a specific time window when I could expect the tech, and he arrived promptly. He also wore shoe covers to avoid messing up the floor. Overall, a very well run business that treats their customers with courtesy and professionism. I highly recommend them.

  Replaced my old water softener with an Ecowater and I have to tell you that I am really impressed with this product. Not only did I have a great experience with the staff at Ecowater but the water softener is so efficient and uses so much less salt than my old one.
